Where can I check the number of SPC credits that have been assigned to me?
The request for the allocation of credits is sent to the FNOVI platform, where in the reserved area, you can view the assigned SPC credits.
I haven't been assigned the expected SPC credits for the course. Why is that?
The credits are uploaded in the weeks following the course. If only a few days have passed since the end of the event, it's likely that they haven't been uploaded yet. We recommend checking again later.
If the course you are referring to is an online course, you should also be aware that SPC credits are assigned only to those who have completed all the lessons by the course end date specified on the course web page.
If you are unable to complete the course by the deadline, don't worry. You can still independently upload the credits to the FNOVI platform as "self-certified activities."
If it's an in-person course, and after a couple of months you still don't see the credits, we kindly ask you to submit a report to segreteria@unisvet.it
