For how long are the lessons of online courses available?
In the course description, it is always specified for how long the lessons will be available to you. Once this period has passed, you will no longer be able to access the course.
I am unable to access the online course lessons that I enrolled in. Why is that?
If you can no longer access the lessons, the access period to view the lessons has likely expired.
I couldn't watch all the lessons of the course within the available timeframe. Can you extend the viewing period?
Unfortunately not. Once the deadline has passed, the system automatically interrupts the possibility of accessing the content.
How do I access the online course?
If it's an on-demand course, once you've enrolled, you can immediately access the content. You'll find the lessons in the "Course Contents" section on the course page or in the section My Subscriptions in the area My account.
To watch the video lessons, it's necessary to have logged in.
I have registered for a live webinar. How do I connect?
A few days before the live event, you will receive the link to connect via email. If on the day of the live event, you cannot find the email, please check your spam folder carefully, and if necessary, contact us by sending an email to segreteria@unisvet.it.
How many devices can I use to access and view the lessons?
You can access online courses through two devices of your choice.
