If I can't participate in the event I'm enrolled in, can I attend the lessons online?
At the moment this option is not available, but we are working on it! Despite this, you will still receive the event material in the shared Google Drive folder.
Will extra expenses (e.g. plane and hotel) be refunded if the event is canceled?
In the event of course cancellation, UNISVET will refund the participant only the amounts paid for registration. For more information, we invite you to visit the "Course Regulations" section.
If I am enrolled in a practical course, do I need to bring my personal equipment/any other items useful for the practical exercises?
For the practical part of the courses, we always provide disposable accessories and clothing. However, as Unisvet is an organization mindful of waste and the environment, we recommend bringing your own green. If you forget, don't worry, we will provide you with a disposable one.
For various reasons, I may arrive later than the start of the lessons. Is it an issue?
Arriving late to the course is not a problem. However, we still ask you to send an email to segreteria@unisvet.it to inform the event staff.
Where can I find the list of all the courses organized for the current year?
You can view the list of courses on our website under the "In-Person Courses" and "Online Courses" sections.
In the 'In-Person Courses' section, you can also download the complete catalog of courses.
Do you provide dedicated meals for allergies/intolerances/dietary needs?
In your personal area, you have the possibility to specify any particular dietary requirements. However, it is still necessary to communicate this to segreteria@unisvet.it at least 5 days before the start of the course. Please note that non-contamination is NOT guaranteed.
Can I bring my dog as well?
Yes, our pet friends are always welcome if well-behaved and quiet. Please note that you will be responsible for their management (food and a water bowl) and you should communicate their presence in advance by sending an email to segreteria@unisvet.it For the comfort of other participants, there is a maximum number of dogs allowed in the room.
Could I have a list of all the events I have attended and their respective certificates?
Due to the ongoing updates to our information systems and the new privacy regulations, it is not possible to access the complete history of all events. By writing an email to segreteria@unisvet.it it is possible to receive details of the courses attended in the last 12 months.
