Manuela Perego si è laureata presso l’Università di Milano nel 2003. Nel 2003 ha iniziato una collaborazione presso la Clinica Veterinaria Malpensa - Anicura (Samarate-VA) e nel 2012 presso l’Ospedale I Portoni Rossi - Anicura (Zola Predosa-BO) occupandosi di ecocardiografia, aritmologia e di procedure di cardiologia interventistica. Nell’anno 2019 ha ottenuto il Diploma Europeo di Medicina Interna Specialità di Cardiologia. È autrice di articoli inerenti la cardiologia e l’aritmologia su riviste italiane e internazionali, del libro Elettrocardiografia del cane e del gatto (2009, Elsevier-2018 Edra) e co-autrice del libro Manuale di Cardiologia del cane e del gatto (2012, Elsevier). È stata relatrice a diversi Congressi Italiani e Internazionali.

Roberto A. Santilli

Roberto Santilli graduated from the College of Veterinary Medicine of the University of Milan in 1990. He became a diplomate of the European College of Veterinary Internal Medicine - Companion Animals (Specialty of Cardiology) in 1999. Between 2004 and 2006, he completed a Master in Electrophysiology and electrical stimulation at the University of Medicine of Insubria. He then obtained a PhD at the University of Turin – College of Veterinary Internal medicine in 2010 completing a research on diagnosis and treatment of supraventricular tachycardias in the dog. Roberto Santilli is the head of the cardiology departments of the Clinica Veterinaria Malpensa, Anicura in Samarate, Varese (Italy). Since 2014, he has been an Adjunct Professor of Cardiology at the Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine, where he is actively involved in the activities of the cardiac electrophysiologic laboratory. He’s author of 68 publications on peer-reviewed journals on arrhythmias’ topic and co-author of the book: Electrocardiography of the dog and cat”, now translated into 6 languages. His main research activities include the diagnosis and treatment of arrhythmias in dogs and cats.
