After gaining my veterinary degree from Toulouse Veterinary School (France), and finishing a rotating internship at Virginia Tech (USA), I then completed my residency training in England where I gained my European specialist status. I worked in one of largest referral practice in England for 5 years before moving to my current position at Bristol University/Langford in 2016. I am first and foremost a clinician but also a lecturer. I enjoy training our students, interns and residents (currently four ECVN approved positions). My main research interests include the management of spinal and brain tumours and the treatment of dog with inflammatory brain diseases. I also have a keen interest in the surgical treatment of spinal fractures, vertebral instability and congenital malformations.
