Luciano Traquandi    worked for ten years in a multinational industrial environment, with experience in Europe,  the Middle East, the Far East and North America. He teaches Unconventional Paradigms of Management  at HEC, where he condenses his most advanced researches.  He  is since 1994 adjunct professor   in  Organizational Socio-Psychology at LIUC University (Italy) and  teaches  Organizational Behaviour  at MIP, the  Business School of Polytechnic of  Milan. He has been visiting  professor at Paris 2, Sorbonne Universités Group of Paris (The soft aspects of strategy).
